A MOVE TO CENTRALISE OPERATIONS
In the years that Blue Sky Digital has been in operation we have expanded our service offerings and footprint across Wales and the South West, and the premises that we call home have served us well in doing so.
On our continued mission to offer better service and a wider range of devices across a broader region of the United Kingdom, we are set to relocate our Head Office to a new location that will centralise products, staff and resources for more efficient business operations. This will also aid our growth into the South West of England.
From two sites between our head office in Churchill Way and our service unit in Hepworth Industrial Estate, we will be moving to the Innovation Centre in Pontyclun, Hepworth Business Park will remain as our distribution centre. We have also created an additional office in the Henleaze Business Centre in Bristol giving us immediate access to the M5 corridor.
In our brand-new modernised building, we will benefit from increased storage and office space, faster technology infrastructure and a bigger team of support staff, thereby future proofing the business in terms of administration and support.
The move will allow for better communications between all divisions of the business as well as provide direct access to devices and consumables for support staff and sales staff. The extra space will allow us to expand our portfolio of first-class managed devices. The enhanced infrastructure will increase our capacity to communicate with our fleet of devices and run sharper diagnostics, and the central location will improve our call out and response times.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for their continued support, particularly over the last twelve months amidst a global pandemic, and also assure our clients that this move will not interrupt our usual daily service level.
